3.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. No transactions below these limits are possible.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This timeframe may increase if urgent verification is required.

3.4 Transaction Liability

vgd99 will not be held responsible for funds sent to an incorrect account number. It is the user's responsibility to verify all information accurately before a transaction is completed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving you a total balance of ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus winnings, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit and bonus combined. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers must be completed.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim a specific promotion only once.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, vgd99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or devices is strictly prohibited.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.

vgd99's VIP program has 4 tiers. Through regular play you can advance to higher tiers and receive more benefits.

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Cashback is automatically credited to your account on a set day each week. vgd99 reserves the right to modify or cancel the VIP program terms, but existing members will be given adequate notice.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Opening an account using another person's identity or by providing false information.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual or group.
• Organized or artificial wagering to meet bonus requirements (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the system or software.
• Hacking, sending viruses, or launching cyber attacks against the platform.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

7.1 Validity of Bets

All bets will be processed in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport or game. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error caused it to not be logged correctly.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a bet is left incomplete due to a network disconnection, power outage, or device issue, the game's server log will be considered the final record.
